Last night we had parent teacher conferences for our Kindergarten student. They went ok, but probably the most enjoyable component was heading towards the book fair and seeing all the neat books obtainable to kids at a decreased price. They ranged from early readers to advanced college students. They had a couple of priced at $2.50, most were $5-$7. Because we were there on the final day I believe we missed out on some good choices, but nevertheless managed to discover very a couple of that our youthful reader would enjoy.
